2 Steps to Gratitude (A Photo Challenge)

It’s a busy week. Thanksgiving. Things to cook, house to clean, travel arrangements, people. Busy.

But what if we stopped for just a minute?

We can turn our heart around with just one choice, one click of the shutter. I love the lofty ideas of listing our blessings by the thousand, the picture perfect circle around the Thanksgiving table with sharing what we are grateful for, the choosing to look for the blessing.

But what if we didn’t wait for the perfect moment or the list to a thousand that feels overwhelming when you’re starting at 1? What if we looked right now?

Stop where you are and close your eyes. Take a deep breath and open them. Now take a picture of something around you that you are grateful for.

Don’t style it.

Don’t perfect it.

Don’t even explain it.

Just appreciate the blessing.

Will you accept the challenge?

Head here and share your picture so we can all enjoy the blessings around us in the ordinary moments. I’ll start.

2 Steps. It’s that simple:

  1. Take a picture of something you are grateful for
  2. CLICK HERE to share your picture

Let’s spread joy and celebrate gratitude in the ordinary.

We can feel grateful with this simple photo challenge!
